My latest design projects have been focused on furnishing two new construction properties with investors that are currently for sale. In our vacation destination, people tend to want a turn-key, ready-to-rent beach home rather than deal with furnishing and piecing together many times from out of state. Our job is to create a space where people can see themselves living in a style that appeals to the majority. Furnishings are quality pieces that will hold up to a rental market with solid wood pieces, pre-treated fabrics, and washable bedding. Often times it is difficult for someone to walk into a huge open living space and envision how to make it feel like home.
