This was such a fun before and after of a South Tower Grand Dunes unit in Miramar Beach. Our clients have owned this vacation home pre-construction for over 12 years ago with another family. This year they bought out, and decided to do some cosmetic renovations to the unit including new paint and furniture to freshen up the space. It was all shades of GREEN before, so we lightened up the space to include more neutral upholstery and pulled pops of aqua blue and sunset corals from the gorgeous Gulf views right outside their floor to ceiling windows. The draperies were heavy with cornice boards before, so we chose to do rods with rings and lighter linen-look draperies in each room. The upholstered beds and wood tones of bedside pieces lightened up the space from the darker, traditional cherry woods.
